Hey Babe!

Bootsy is a one-woman show. No boardroom. No big brand bankroll. Just me, a pair of thick legs, and a common problem.

The idea was born on a tipsy night, locked in a staring contest with a pair of thigh high heels. They were uncomfortable but they were also the only cute shoes I owned that actually fit over my legs. So I wore them anyway. Again. And again. Until I was officially tired of choosing between style and circulation.

So I made Bootsy.

What started as a late-night “there has to be a better way” turned into five long years of very real work. Sketching. Prototyping. Failing. Starting over. We survived two flop product development companies, the garment district uprising in Bangladesh, and the kind of setbacks no one puts on Instagram.

And then there was the hardest loss of all. Our Queen Brand Ambassador, my Great Aunt and forever icon, Baddie Winkle. God rest her soul. She taught me how to endure with humor, confidence, and a little sparkle, even when things get hard.

Now here we are. Bootsy has finally landed in America and is ready to ship to our Bootsy Babes. Every sleeve is made with intention, grit, and the belief that your body should never be the problem.
