At Bootsy, we want you to love your boot sleeves. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@bootsy.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, please contact us at returns@bootsy.store and we'll help you process the exchange.
