Processing times may be longer during:

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Bootsy Store is not responsible for:

  • packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • returned shipments due to address errors

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Bootsy Store is not liable for:

  • lost packages confirmed delivered by the carrier
  • stolen packages
  • carrier delays
  • weather delays
  • customs delays
  • shipping interruptions outside our control

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will do our best to assist where possible.

International Shipping

Split Shipments

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to:

we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs and return shipping fees from any refund issued.
